Tech + trust

ThinkerLab brings a calm, low-distraction environment where parents see focus, collaboration and purposeful screen time.

What’s included in a ThinkerLab partnership

A ThinkerLab partnership is a complete operating system for running robotics, coding, AI and game design programs for primary-aged kids — the same programs we run every week in Caroline Springs, Melton and across Melbourne’s north-west. You bring the community energy; we bring everything else.

Curriculum & lesson plans

Term-by-term robotics, coding, AI-literacy and game design programs for ages 5–13, with educator run sheets, slides and assessment rubrics — updated every term.

Hardware guidance

A tested kit list (robotics kits, iPads, laptops and accessories), preferred-supplier pricing, and setup guides so your studio is class-ready from day one.

Educator training

Structured onboarding plus ongoing coaching on classroom management, growth-mindset language, and how to run calm, focused sessions parents notice.

Marketing & enrolment engine

Local-area marketing templates, a suburb landing page on thinkerlab.com.au, seasonal campaign calendars, and help with school, OSHC and Scouts partnerships.

Frequently asked questions

What makes ThinkerLab different from other franchises?

We combine robotics, coding and mindfulness to build calm, focused learners. The programs are intentionally screen-smart with real tactile learning.

What support is provided?

Partners receive onboarding, educator training, marketing templates, software updates, and direct access to the founder team.

How long is a typical partnership agreement?

Our agreements start at 3 years with renewal options based on community momentum and shared goals.

Do I need a teaching or engineering background?

No. Many successful partners come from business, community or parenting backgrounds. Our training covers the technical content and classroom delivery; what matters most is that you genuinely enjoy working with kids.

Which territories are available?

Our home region is Melbourne’s north-west — Caroline Springs, Melton, Taylors Lakes, Sydenham and surrounds — and we are expanding across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. Tell us your preferred territory in the application and we will confirm availability.

What programs can a partner run?

After-school robotics and coding terms, school-holiday workshops, in-school curriculum programs, OSHC incursions, Scouts STEM nights, game design clubs and birthday sessions — you choose the mix that suits your community and venue.
