Term Classes
Weekly term programs run at community venues such as Caroline Springs Library and Sydenham Neighbourhood House. Days and times are confirmed each term based on venue availability.

What Runs Each Week
Every ThinkerLab session is hands-on and small-group. Across the week we run four kinds of programs, so there's an entry point whether your child is five and curious or twelve and ready to build their own game.
Term Robotics & Coding
An 8-week progression where students build, code and iterate on robots — finishing with a week-8 showcase for parents. Confidence, focus and problem-solving grow week by week.
Game Design Club
Kids design and code their own playable games, learning logic, loops and creative planning — then take home something they made themselves.
School Holiday Workshops
Single-session workshops like Code Your Own Game and Young Maker MasterClass — a fun, screen-smart way to try robotics and coding during the holidays.
Young Learners (Ages 5–7)
Gentle, tactile intro sessions where younger kids learn sequencing and cause-and-effect with age-appropriate robots — no reading required.

Where do ThinkerLab classes run?
Sessions run at community venues across Melbourne’s north-west, including Caroline Springs Library, Sydenham Neighbourhood House and venues in Melton. Each listing above shows its exact venue.
What ages are the classes for?
Most sessions suit primary-school kids aged 6–13, with Young Learners options from age 5. Every listing shows its age range, and classes are grouped so children work with peers at a similar level.
Do kids need their own robot or laptop?
No — ThinkerLab provides all robotics kits, iPads and laptops for holiday workshops and trial classes. For some term programs, students receive their own robot and iPad to use through the term.
How do I try a class before enrolling in a term?
Book a $10 trial class. Your child joins a real session, builds and codes a robot, and you can see the class style before committing to a full term.
